Hi! I would like to inquire why, despite of the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, Panaad Park and Sports Complex access to public is still restricted, specifically the use of the track and field facilities here in Bacolod City.
I believe the park is under the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and I'm wondering when will this park be more useful as before to the public.
