Magandang Araw po! Simula last year po ay sinusubukan kong kumuha ng Pag-Ibig Loyalty Card Plus sa Antipolo Branch. Lagi po nila sinasabi sa akin na cut-off na daw po. Kahapon 1:00 PM pa lang po asa Pag-Ibig Antipolo na ko, ang sagot po sakin ng guard, cut-off na daw. Ng nakaraang buwan 10:00 AM pa lang nasa branch na po ako pero cut-off na din daw po. Bakit po sa facebook nagpopost sila ng pwede kumuha ng 8 AM to 5 PM kung bawat araw mag cut-off naman pala po? Sayang po ang oras at pamasahe ng taong bayan na gusto kumuha ng Loyalty Card Plus kung ganun ang gawain ng branch.
19 May 2022 Dear Ms. Russel Mhae Calderon, This refers to your eFOI request received on 03 May 2022 sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you informed the Fund about your concerns regarding the cut-off time for claiming your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus at the Fund’s Antipolo Branch. Kindly be informed that Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 (Executive Order) grants every Filipino citizen the right to access information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development. In accordance with the aforementioned Executive Order, the Pag-IBIG Fund People’s Freedom of Information Manual (Manual) also states that “Information for Disclosure” includes: information promoting the awareness and understanding of policies, programs, activities, rules or regulations affecting the public, government agencies, and the community and economy (Section 2 of the Manual). Considering that you did not request for any information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, we are constrained to deny your request.
