Greetings from the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund)!
This refers to your eFoi request for information on Plantilla of Personnel/Number of Employees and their position and organization structure of Pag-BIIG Fund branch in Calbayog City.
The purpose of your request is for your Capstone Design Project in Architectural Design entitled “New Calbayog City Hall” with an aim to create a single, unified government center and integrate satellite government agencies such as Pag-IBIG Fund to the City Hall.
In reply, may we inform you that as per the Fund’s Human Resources Development Department (HRDD), satellite offices only have service desks that provide extended frontline services of a Branch. Said services, however, are limited to receiving of Short-Term Loan applications, marketing of programs, assisting clients in their concerns or queries. These are only manned by one or two of our servicing or information personnel.
As to the number of employees and their positions in the Calbayog branch, there is one branch head and fifteen frontline servicing personnel.
