With regard to your eFOI request, you are asking for information on Pag-IBIG Fund employees, regular and job order, who were given financial assistance due to Typhoon Sendong. The stated purpose of said request is personal research and information.

Specifically, you are requesting for the following data from 01 January 2012 to 31 December 2013:

1.	The Office Order/Circular/Board Resolution
2.	Scheduled release per Branch
3.	Itemised schedule without names but only the number of employees per release and per status of employment and total amount.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the Fund cannot grant the request for being vague and overly broad in scope. The data cannot be processed if the request is not clear. 

Furthermore, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the processing of personal data is only allowed if the research is intended for a public benefit, subject to the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards. Consequently, your stated purpose of personal research is not an exception allowed by law. 

Taken altogether, the Fund deems it in its best interest, as well as that of its members, to deny the instant request.
