Hello! I am a former military Officer assigned to Philippine Army for 13 years. I applied for a resignation from PA and was honorably discharged effective 01 Feb 2020 because my whole family was due to go to Australia and stay there but destiny changed course due to the global pandemic. With this, I am planning to continue my military service. In this regard, I would to request a copy of the PA Implementing Guidelines, Rules and Regulations on the Re-CAD to guide me what needs to be done.
