Hi, I would like to request for cash assistance for TABANG OWWA 4A, I have received the 1st tranche and I am hoping when can I get my 2nd tranche while I am still waiting for my next assignment on board, so that I can help my nephew on his tuition fee since his dad passed away a month ago, Thank you and hoping for your kindly consideration.

Foremost, please take note that the program is DOLE-TABANG. And, as of date there is no announcement if there will be a 2nd tranche for the DOLE-TABANG. Read the program concept for the one-time educational assistance for the dependents of OFWs provided by the DOLE and CHED at the websites: www.dole.gov.ph and www.ched.gov.ph.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

How come there's is no announcement if some of my colleagues here in region4a have received their 2nd tranche, and I have received a form to fill up and I did already, I'm just waiting when it will be released, I am hoping for your kindly considerations on this matter, Thank you and God Bless.
