August 19, 2021 Dear Mr. Leoncio Jr. Suertefelipe, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 15, 2021 07:28:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your OWWA Scholarship Application for OFW dependents. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 29, 2021 and was released by DOLE of 07/22/2021. Mr. Suertefelipe this is a friendly reminder about the Freedom of Information which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give public information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-TABANG application. We suggest you address your request to the DOLE Regional or Provincial Director for the status of your benefits. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
