Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Oct 06, 2020 09:11:47 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application
OWWA records show that you applied online on September 26,2020 and is on cue for an evaluator from OWWA Region 7. Once an evaluator is available to validate the documents you submitted with the OFW Membership database, you will be notified by email or phone for the next steps.
We do apologize for the delays in the processing of your DOLE-AKAP Application due to the large volume of applicants and poor internet connections. Moreover, we have to maintain procedure controls for fund releases coming from government to the partner Money Transfers for disbursement of the special financial assistance for the OFWs repatriated due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
