September 6, 2021 Dear Mr. Carlito Genio jr, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 04, 2021 10:06:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on July 9, 2021 and was evaluated as qualified to DOLE-AKAP by OWWA Region 4A and forwarded to the DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the release of DOLE-AKAP benefit. Mr. Genio may we clarify to you the Freedom of Information (FOI) which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give the public with information about the data, programs, services and benefits of specific government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information about your DOLE-AKAP application which is not an information allowed to be shared to the public. Hence, we suggest you address your request to the DOLE Regional or Provincial Director for the status of your benefits. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
