Dear Mr. Josefino Torres,
I receive your email today regarding my request marked "awaiting clarification". Quite frankly, I don't fully understand your email (. In particular, it would be helpful to know . ). My inquiry is clear enough based on my requested points. It is not just for available livelihood funds but on the overall status of how owwa operates financially. I am certain that owwa has records of the requested information and knowing it fully will make us understand to see the bigger picture on how owwa functions accordingly.

Your Request
You asked for OWWA FUNDS BREAKDOWN.
Response to Request
Kindly refer to the attached documents for your information and reference regarding total approved OWWA loans (Reintegration Program) and financial statement. As indicated in our Annual Reports.
As per report of Land Bank of the Philippines the total approved loan is 1,131 and total amount released is P1,188,347.
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as Item (1.) & (2.) We do not have data on the breakdown of rejected OWWA loans for the last 10 years as well as the average percentage.
Item (3.) The official financial statement of the OWWA for CY 2017 will be posted in the Agency website once the Commission on Audit (COA) issued the Audit Report/Audited Financial Statement.
