March 25, 2021 Dear Mr. Pocholo Villaverde, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 23, 2021 08:57:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on November 12, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 4A as PENDING awaiting for thee submission of a valid airline ticket. OWWA sent you an email reminder about this. Allegedly you submitted the required airline ticket but it is not yet in the OWWA Verification System. Follow up with OWWA RWO 4A and show a proof of submission. The eFOI is not an avenue to follow-up application and submission of requirements. You may follow up at email: [email protected] or track your DOLE-AKAP at: http://doleakaptracker.owwa.gov.ph. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
