Hi i would like to ask you about my application because last time i checked, it is already approve. I waited 4 days then i did check again and it turned out into denied. I want to know what is happening. I am waiting for my DOLE AKAP FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE for already 3 months i waited to be approve then it came to denied.

March 8, 2021 Dear Mr. Edencio Cerilo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 06, 2021 02:34:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 17, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 2 as DISAPPROVED since you already received the Financial Assistance amounting to Php10,000.00 from POLO-DUBAI given to distressed OFWs who lost their employment on account of COVID but opted to stay overseas. Moreover, OWWA has no record of your membership. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
