March 4, 2021 Dear Jeline Ongsuco, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 02, 2021 09:37:36 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on May 7, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 6. Your benefits were released by DOLE Regional Office VI on 10/07/2020 with Tracking MLA001071552054751020. With regards to your request for a follow-up on the COVID Repat Form, we are not familiar with this form. Kindly specify what other program or benefits are you following-up from government. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
