Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Sep 24, 2020 04:30:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
Our records show that you applied online on 20 August 2020 and an evaluator from OWWA Region - X have notified you by email or phone that your application is pending until you submit a proof of arrival which is stamped or bar code pasted at your passport or a boarding pass. Without this proof, your application will remain pending.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
