Hi, I'm currently onboard and I would like to know how can my wife get the reference number and the dole OWWA AKAP financial assistance? Since my application's approval last May 12, 2022 I never received any reply from DOLE AKAP RWO 3 TEAM 11 after sending them numerous emails... Hoping that someone can help me... Thank you..

June 9, 2022 Dear Christopher nino Alberto, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 09, 2022 07:49:44 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Mr. Alberto be CORRECTLY INFORMED that the AKAP is a program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The program itself is known as DOLE-AKAP and the role of OWWA is to verify and validate the submitted documents of OFWs applying to the program. It is the DOLE Regional and Provincial Offices that process the release of DOLE-AKAP financial assistance. Hence, it is PROPER that all concerns about DOLE-AKAP be addressed to DOLE Regional Office III. You may send an eFOI request to the Department of Labor and Employment or call the DOLE Hotline at1349. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
