June 14, 2021 Dear Mr. Edward Costillas, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 10, 2021 02:06:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 5, 2021 and was evaluated on 04/23/2021 as approved or QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP. OWWA forwarded your documents to DOLE Regional Office NCR for the processing and release of your financial benefit. You can follow up the status of your financial assistance from DOLE Regional Office NCR or its nearest satellite office.
