Dear madam/sir, I Lloyd E. Meniano who applied dole akap application caraga region on march 30 2021. I would like to follow up and request my mlhuiller tracking number. I also track in dole akap inquiry and it appears endorse for payment. almost 8 months i did not recieve txt messages and email. So i decided to make a request in this site and hoping for help. November 24, 2021 Dear Mr. Lloyd Meniano, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 23, 2021 07:50:02 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on March 30, 2021and was QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP by OWWA Region CARAGA on 06/17/2021. Succeeding procedure on the release of the financial benefit is handled by DOLE-CARAGA. Follow-up directly with DOLE Region CARAGA or the nearest DOLE provincial Office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
