i have made an email indicating my seamans book stamp in owwacares that they need airline ticket but we were brought by the ship on manila bay so we do t have any airline ticket that they asking

Thank you for your request dated Nov 18, 2020 09:06:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
OWWA records show that you applied online on June 3, 2020 and evaluated by NCR as PENDING due to absence of a plane ticket. It is suggested that you provide evidence of your ship docking at Manila Bay as the substitute documentary credential to the plane ticket.
