July 19, 2021 Dear Mr. Carlito Genio jr, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 19, 2021 10:31:30 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on July 9, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA Region 4-A as approved or QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP. OWWA forwarded your documents to DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the processing and release of your financial benefit. You can follow up the status of your financial assistance from DOLE Regional Office IV-A or its nearest provincial office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
