Thank you for your request dated Dec 16, 2021 01:19:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 13, 2021 and was evaluated as PENDING due to lack of documents. The designated DOLE-AKAP evaluator from OWWA Region 12 texted you at 09392783278 for the missing documents but you did not respond. Follow up directly with OWWA Region 12 or its nearest satellit office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
