October 10, 2021 Dear Ms. Michelle Reyes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 07, 2021 10:54:45 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for information if spouses can claim the DOLE-AKAP benefits. Pwede po ngunit dapat ay may written authorization ang OFW na pinahihintulutan niya ang asawa. Ang authorization ay dapat mabigay sa DOLE-Regional Office agad-agad dahil baka maforfeit ang benepisyo.
