GREETINGS! I would like to ask if its still ongoing the application of Tabang / ease, if yes i almost sending email regarding to my application but nobody giving any update or email. If no, why still there is a lot OFW mostly the people that i am accompanied in the quarantine facility in Davao that still receiving their claims. I am distress OFW that has been repatriated due to pandemic, documents already submitted thru online application, Thank you very much in advance

Thank you for your request dated Nov 19, 2021 05:25:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for updates of DOLE-TABANG. Kindly be informed that the DOLE-TABANG is a one-time financial assistance for the OFWs to defray the cost of education for their the dependent. DOLE-TABANG is only for OFWs who lost their overseas employment due to COVID-19. Hindi po kasama ang mga nakatapos na ng employment contract. To know more about DOLE TABANG visit the DOLE website at www.dole.gov.ph or OWWA website at owwa.gov.ph. Read carefully the qualification requirements before applying on-line.
