Hi,
I was just in the Philippines July 10. My name is Raul Cordial Miranda, when. I arrived I was detained by immigration saying I was blacklisted when I was a ar the age of 1 to 10 year old. I was not aware.
Immigration said I'll have to pay a fine. How can I find out where a d how to pay this fine.

Dear Raul Miranda,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jul 23, 2022 12:56:04 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You narrated your arrival on 10 July 2022 But you were denied entry based on an existing Blacklist Order.
Records show, MIRANDA RAUL with DOB 01 May 1985 , was included in BI’s BL with ref. no. BL LIV-031 dated 16 June 1995 due to Indigency.
We advice you or your authorized representative to settle your incurred immigration arrears based on BI Order for the lifting of your name in the BI’s record, the same shall be filed at the BI- Main Office, Intramuros, Manila addressed to the Office of the Commissioner. Likewise, you may inform her/him to enclose copy of Official Receipts (ORs) as stated in the BI Order. Once settled, she/he may file his request for lifting of your name in the blacklist for the Board of Commissioners consideration.
Copy of the BI Order (Indigency) includes the assessment of your immigration arrears and may be secured at the Records Section with address at the 3rd Floor, BI Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
