Hello, I have questions regarding the OSG mandate: Pursuant to the Cybercrime Prevention Act, offenses against the confidentiality, integrity and availability of computer data and systems is a punishable act. If a government official or employee is accused of committing such an offense against the government’s computer data and systems, will the OSG represent these people in court versus the people of the Philippines? Or will it take part in a coverup to hide the offenses by a government official or employee inorder to avoid their prosecution?
