You requested information on the following: (1) The number of dependent, abandoned and neglected children in the Philippines from the year 2009-2019; (2) The number and list of DSWD-accredited orphanages for these abandoned and neglected children in the Philippines; (3) Statistics of orphans for every region in the Philippines from the year 2009-2019; (4) Statistics of the orphaned children remaining abandoned in the streets, placed in orphanages and licensed child care institutions, and adopted to foster families; (5) Codes, rules and regulations for the planning layout of orphanages.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the instances where an FOI Request shall be denied, as enumerated in the FOI Manual of the DSWD. Specifically, it falls under:

	6.2.d. The FOI Request Is an unreasonable subsequent identical or substantially similar request from the same requesting party whose request has already been previously granted or denied by the DSWD.

We are already processing a similar request you made under the FOI Tracking No. #DSWD-497727348901. Thus we are constrained to deny your request.
