March 2, 2023 Dear Ariane Mae Dongano, I refer to my letter of Mar 01, 2023 07:38:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Orphan. IWhile we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request. Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that: SECTION 9. Procedure.
