Hello Good day Ma'am/Sir My name is Julius Garcia Pilayan. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2011 at Juan G Macaraeg NHS. I would like to request for a certified original copy of my ALS diploma as i have misplaced my original one because i am applying for University this coming school year.
