Hi! Good day! I'd like to request any reliable source of information that I can use for my project such as, organizational chart, statistical record of calls received last year, and so on. I already got the bidding document but the information in there is very limited. How I wish I could collect any extra data that is available for some students like us who's taking our thesis defense. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office (Records Section) is having difficulties collecting the data from the Emergency 911 National Office. Due to the recent increase of COVID cases within the DILG Central Office, delivery of services has slowed down. However, we have informed the E911 OFfice to directly contact you through your email and provide you with the necessary Data. 

In the mean time, you may visit https://e911.gov.ph/ for additional information.
