Hi, I would like to obtain relevant orders and evidence relating to POLO-HK's recent revocation of agency accreditation related to Best Home Employment Services, Trumpline Consultants, and A.S.H. Manpower International Services, Inc.

Furthermore, I would like to know why POLO-HK has reinstated the accreditation / recruitment privileges of A.S.H Manpower International Services, Inc. by granting another accreditation to Manna Employment Agency Company Limited

Dear Ms. Gutierrez:

This refers to your query entitled: "Orders and reasons for revocations of license."

May we please refer to the reply of POLO-HK Labor Attaché Melchor Dizon as follows:

1. On the issue of orders and reasons for revocation of accreditation of Best Home Employment Services, Trumpline Consultants, and A.S.H. Manpower International Services, Inc., the accreditations of these agencies were cancelled for violations of their commitments or undertaking to protect OFWs which is the main consideration of their applications for accreditations. POLO-HK cannot discuss the merits of the cases as these were under appeal before the Office of the DOLE Secretary;

2. However, it was noticed that OFW Gutierrez who was allegedly raising theses issues for the protection of the OFWs was now in fact wants to protect the interest of the abusive agencies; and

3. With respect to Manna Employment Agency, its accreditation was approved on 05 July 2019, before this Labor Attaché assumed office to this Post.
