1. What to put in the application form for oplan visa, should it necessary be the person's name who bought the vehicle and being registered in Land Transportation Office (LTO) or the person who uses the vehicle now?

However, you may wish to contact Land Transportation Office (LTO) at lto.gov.ph for matters relating to OPLAN e-VISA, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal of LTO.

Your right to request a review
