Dear Wendelynn Giannina Ang,
I refer to my letter of Nov 11, 2018 05:43:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Operating Expense breakdown and Daily and Monthly Passenger for MRT3.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, the Freedom of Information Law.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please state from what school/agency you are, what is the purpose of the request, and to what extent you will use the information that you are requesting.

Hi,
I'm doing a research on the actual price per passenger for those riding MRT3. This would be used only for our class discussion and presentation in regards to costing.
As for the required information, we would need the actual number of passengers MRT3 services in a daily and monthly basis. Actual count and even the actual count of stations passenger goes in and out would be great, But if not, actual count would already do.
As for the operating expense, we would need a break down of operating and overhead expenses MRT3 actually paid for year 2017. Financial statements would do. We can extract all the required data from there.
If it is possible to already get an actual computation of average price per MRT3 rider with break down then that would be great. If not, providing above would already help us compute on our own.

Hi!
Forgot to mention I am a student of the University of the Philippines Diliman.
I tried to download needed financial statement but could not do so. Encountering Error 404 on the site https://dotcmrt3.gov.ph/transparency-seal/post/financical-statement-cy-2015.. Hope we can get the official and latest financial statement.
