I would like to report an online scammer pretending to be a legit commissioner. We had an agreement that my output will be sent to me on Feb 27. I already gave my downpayment but she did not reply to me anymore after paying her. I realized lately that she is using Fake FB Account (Shane Marielle) and using verified Gcash Account (09500266892). May I request a blotter number and narrative report to permanently block her Gcash Account?
