Please investigate Online Lending App (OLA) specifically OLP app or known as ONLINE LOAN PILIPINAS there are many apps harassing their borrower to the following; 1.) Texting their borrower Harassing Messages like, Grave threat and against the law according to the (Article 282 of the revised penal code). 2.) Disclosing their Borrower's information such as in photo of a Selfie holding an Government ID, Shaming in Social Media, unauthorized using contact number saved to the phone even if the borrower did Not provide any character reference. Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
