Got an harrasment call yesterday from Police Major Oscares and Atty Emmanuel Ortega (I dont know if that's real name) they claimed that I have a pending loan in Online Loans Pilipinas Lending Inc. I asked for a copy of agreement but they send only payment procedure. I didnt settle since I want a copy of agreement. The Atty called saying that once I settled he will issue the Temporary Restraining Order since I already have a case which is Estafa. I worry so much since this morning he also called to my husband and some other listed on my contacts.
