Good day, I saw this in a DBM procurement guide that they are looking for a provider for an Online Competency Assessment of their Employees? Can we also do this in the LGUs? How? Can you give us a guide? I think the reason why programs in the LGUs, especially for persons with disabilities are poorly implemented is because we do not have capable workforce. I believe this is especially important in we want RA10070 fully implemented and save govt money on welfare for persons with disability and ensure the full implementation of Ambisyon Natin 2040 and the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan.
