Hi! I've been tryin to have an online appointment and all my attempts did not generate an appointment. Please see the following below:
1. Online Appointment site upon login shows "webpage blocked. the page cannot be displayed."
2. The Hotline provided is not responding.
-The ICARD is nearing its expiry and i have been initiating this online appointment since October end month. Everyday I've been trying to access the site at 12 AM. I have been staying up late but all attempts to have an online appointment fails due to the site not working properly and hotline not responding

Hi BI-National Operations Center (BINOC),
Good Day
Please advise if we would have problems renewing the ACR Card if it was renewed after its expiration date. The expiration is due tomorrow November 24, 2020 Tuesday that is why i was trying to have an appointment as early as October but due to circumstances it took a month for me to get this responses.
