Hi I would like to report that the link or site that you have given is not working, I wonder if there is a way I can make an appointment for me to request a copy of my travel record history
January 20, 2021 Dear Reynaldo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 18, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Online Appoinment Not Working. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from ONLINE APPOINTMENT AT THE MAIN OFFICE: http://e-services.immigration.gov.ph/. Please consider that there are limited slots in compliance to the required social distancing. Further, we would need for you to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Thus, you may seek assistance of BI Accredited Agents in order to address the challenge of online appointment. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
