Hi! I made a request previously about smart cities, which was rejected due to the information being "already available online." (https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHgsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEUJDREEtMzI4MzEwOTk5MzQ0DA) Upon review, I saw that the information I requested was wrong. Your request You asked for Ongoing ICT Projects for Smart Cities under BBB. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Our ICT project for the New Clark City is still in the process of Market Sounding. You may file for another request for information regarding this ICT project later this year and we may have the information at that time. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BCDA President and CEO Vince DIzon at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
