Hi, I am a practicing lawyer and Real Estate Broker and I would like to request for electronic copies of maps showing the areas where ongoing or proposed road-construction projects are being constructed in Zamboanga City.
As much as possible, I would like to request for maps showing the lots and lot owners affected by the project. I understand this information is gathered by the department's Right of Way Officers in order to determine the parties who may need to be compensated.

Hi Andro,
I have already seen the project enumeration in region IX as you directed. however, i am requesting for the specific route of the road projects in zamboanga city as shown in a map.
please note also that i did not request for the addresses of the lot owners. I merely requested for the specific lots and the registered owners of those lots which are publicly accessible through the register of deeds. i cannot pinpoint the lots affected without an actual detailed map of the road showing lots traversed by the proposed or ongoing road project.
