Hi good day,
My problem was my report card is on held by the School, due to i stop my full semister. it is a under goverment schoolarship. However my card is on hold due to under paid of 17,500.

Please help us in this matter so we can get our requirments.

Please be advised that the eFOI only provides Information, official records, public records, and, documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions by the government. It may also include government research data used as basis for policy development. 

As for your Form 137, there are other government portals available to address your complaint such as the 8888 Citizen's Complaint Hotline. We also suggest that you coordinate with your CHED Regional Office on your concern. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
