Thank you for your response March 2. I had requested for the Omnibus Rules Implementing the Labor Code as certified by your office since there was none available in the DOLE website. The only official copy I had seen is: https://www.ilo.org/dyn/travail/docs/1226/Omnibus%20Rules%20to%20Implement%20the%20Labor%20Code.pdf (2016) & various amendatory D.O.s which did not fully explain how the ILO copy (ex. Book 1-2) came to be. May I also request for the ff. missing files: 1. D.O. 40G-03-10 2. D.O. 40F-08 Kindly confirm if the ILO copy is official & if there is a more updated copy. Thank you.
