Requested from NPC by P. Bulaga at 07:58 AM on
Nov. 21, 2021.
Purpose: I need help how to file a formal complaint for OLA companies who had invaded my phone contact list
Date of Coverage: 11/15/2021 - 11/21/2021
Tracking no: #NPC-408202907010
Since Nov 15, FIRST CASH PESOPLUS AND PERANYO had started sending out messages and calling all numbers in my phone contact list. Theses OLA had claimed that I had made them (each person in my contacts) my referral and to remind me of my payment. Each passing day, messages and calls became more frequent and rude. When I tried to pay just after 6 days after the duedate the amount was 600% more than what I had owed. Charges are very unjust and they have been continuously burdening all my contact list and threatening to include their photos with mine posted as scammers on social media flatforms.
They also had started sending messages to my FB account with images of me from my company and that they will forward a recommendation to our office for my dismissal and request a demand to collect fees from them. I and my family are in shame, and undergoing depression for this threats.
