January 23, 2019 Dear Charina Gajo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 17, 2019 10:42:03 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for OIL SUPPLY/DEMAND REPORT 2018. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Please be informed that the posting of the Oil Supply Demand Situationer Report at the DOE website by the Oil Industry Management Bureau (OIMB) through the Information Technology Management Services (ITMS) are as follows: 1. 1st Half of the year is every August to September, depending on the completeness of the submission of reports: and 2. Full Year Report is every February to March, depending on the completeness of the submission of reports. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
