Hi! I am Nadine Escalona, senior year at UP Law. I was your intern last semester, I was referred by the Banking and Finance Team to the FOI Portal to make this request. I would like to request for the following OGCC Opinion to be used for supervised legal research purposes: OGCC Opinion No. 277 series of 2017. My supervised legal research (SLR) topic is on the effect of fortuitous events on the status of government undertakings with private entities, such as the subject of the Legal Opinion which is the energy strips in Leyte, Philippines.
