We received your request on Aug 31, 2018 and will respond on or before Sep 21, 2018 04:27:12 PM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.
I understand that this is already your second time to request for a copy of document. You mentioned in your request last July 11, 2018, that you work as Legal Officer for PPP. In relation to this, may we also be furnished with a scanned copy of your Employee Identification Card with PPP, before we could process and release the requested document. (We noticed that you've attached your Identification Card with ISUZU, and not with PPP). Or any other government-issued ID.

I reiterate her request for you to furnish us with a scanned copy of your Employee Identification Card with PPP or any government-issued ID.
