I would like to follow up for my result of swab test performed last Jan 5, 2021(date we arrived). I am 3 mons pregnant and I want to do check up as soon as possible as I never had any check ups regarding my pregnancy. I want to be sure that me and my child are safe. I hope you can help me. January 31, 2021 Dear Ms. Scywrenz Manalo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 08, 2021 01:03:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for results of swab Test. Please be informed that the results of Swab Test is released by DOH thru the Bureau of Quarantine. This is done by a message to your mobile phone or email address If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request. However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
