Mr. Mapaye OWWA would like to assist you but you FAILED TO STATE THE NAME OF YOUR DECEASED MOTHER and other pertinent details. We strongly recommend that you personally visit the OWWA Satellite Office at the 2nd Floor, Central Terminal at Lucena City or the OWWA Regional Welfare Office at the compound of the Laguna Extension Provincial Office along Chipeco Avenue, Halang, Calamba City. Moreover if there is an office of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) near you, they can assist and give proper advise on the procedure of claiming the personal belongings of your mother. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
