Good day Mr. /madam, Bilang OFW under ng owwa member bakit hndi kmi cover bilang walk in. S swab testing Lalo wl kami sakit Kung kailangan nmin ng certificate pra mkabalik s work nmin. Wl ba kami under swab testing s mga Public hospital po kailangan p s private p ma's malaki babayaran nmin paano ang OWWA o Philhealth MEMBER NMIN BILANG OFW? Andto aq s dinalupihan bataan po sana po mbigyan man ako o iba sa mga OFW EH ASSISTANCE KAMI MKAKUHA NG SWAB TESTING po.

August 12, 2020 Dear Jorge S. Aspe, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 28, 2020 11:06:17 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Ofw. Response to Request OWWA shoulders the cost of Covid tests of OFWs UPON ARRIVAL in the country. If you are a landbased workers OWWA will cover the swab test; if you are a seabased workers the manning agency will shoulder the swab test. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing toHans Leo J. Cacdac, OWWA Administrator and e-mail [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
