September 16, 2021 Dear Ms. DONALYN ESTELLENA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 14, 2021 03:51:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for information on EDLP. The OWWA's Enterprise Development and Loan Program (EDLP) is a livelihood package in partnership with the Land Bank of the Philippine wherein an OFW can get a loan package of PHP2 Million or a PHP5 million, for a group/cooperative/organization. For details of the EDLP visit website: www.owwa.gov.ph and click the icon folder PROGRAMS and BENEFITS at the home menu. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
