Ms. Sumio as per the Data Privacy Law, health records are not public documents to be shared. You have to get it personally from your hospital or doctor. With respect to your OWWA Membership, it has expired in 2015 and therefore you are no longer qualified for medical assistance from OWWA. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
